Anxiety in children/teenagers is a topic that has been spoken about a lot lately in the media. It is clearly much bigger and more common than I think people realised. With more and more people beginning to speak out about their experiences we are becoming aware of the full extent of the issue and how important it is to find solutions. As there is not one solution that will work for everyone it is important to keep an open mind. This is something that can and does affect anyone, so we are inviting all parents, guardians and if you know someone who you think will benefit from this talk please feel free to bring them along.
Our talk will be held on Friday 12th February, 10.30am in the Iona Centre.
Emma Almond will be our speaker. Emma is a licensed homeopath, she studied at the Irish School of Homeopathy for four years. She is also a mum of two. She runs a clinic from her home in Knocklyon, Emma treats many different symptoms and conditions but focuses mostly on children and teenagers suffering from anxiety and depression. Emma helps parents who feel powerless because their children and teenagers are lost in anxiety and depression; She helps their kids feel like themselves again so the parents can finally relax.
